Sir, I have tried to add Rs 2500 from debit card of account Name- Laxmi Kumari to pockets wallet(pockets powered by Bank) on 25th November  2015 and my transaction got unsuccessful but money from my account got debited and still it don't get credited in my account.I just want my money get refunded in my account as soon as possible. Thanking you Laxmi Kumari

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

There is a possibility of your online transfer being successful, due to which the account is debited.  Please speak to your relationship / branch manager regarding your grievance and seek reversal of the amount, if it was a failed transaction.  Your home bank branch officials would ensure authenticity of the transaction and arrange accordingly.  In case, their response is not to your satisfaction, you may complain to the nodal / grievance redressal officer of the bank, whose contact and mail details would be available on the bank's website.
