Regarding mis handeling by bank staff?

Question

I have account  and one home loan also from one day I got a call from renu in branch for credit card and I appiled as per her instructions from that I am chasing her for the same I visited thrice to the branch but she is not responsibly fulfilling her duty and not picking call even.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

If you are really interested to have the credit card, do visit your branch and directly speak to the Head/Manager to understand the status.  Trying to talk to a lady, who is not responding, would not really help.
