I have 1200 share of your bank Depository client I do not received my dividend for financial year 2014-15. I hope you will take necessary actions and credit the dividend in my accoun bank

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

a) You may visit or speak to your relationship / branch manager and seek their assistance and guidance for the dividend. Or alternately, b) mail your grievance to the bank management.  The details of the senior functionaries of the bank would be available on their website.  You may also address the mail to the Nodal Officer of the bank, who is required to respond to any query / complaint / grievance of the customers.
