Reacently, I have visited bank.Behaviour of bank manager was very rude to me and their enmployees as well .please take care of him otherwise he will bring the reputation of bank down. Branch:- gangapur city District:- Swaimadhopur State:- Rajasthan

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

 

Your complaint is  related to behavioural issues at the branch. I suggest you to visit the branch once again and if you still feel the need for documenting your complaint, please ask for Complaint Register. Record your complaint and obtain an acknowledgement. Every branch is mandated to maintain complaint register. Once a complaint is recorded and acknowledgement given to the customer, branch is certain to address the same to the satisfaction of the customer. In case no action is taken, you can write to Nodal Officer of your bank through email or letter. Contact details of Nodal Officer will be available on the bank's website.
