Regarding Credit Card Status?

I want to officially complaint against bank Ankleshwar Branch employees. They haven't been able to process my credit card application for 2 months now. The form was received by them on 31st Oct & so far there is no update on the status. I keep following up with them & they give me lame excuses every single time. I am an Imperia customer & I have been assigned a RM who is just unresponsive over this. Every time I call them they come up with some or the other demand either that is around my salary slips, my aadhaar card, my pan card etc. I have been chasing these guys for over 1.5 months now & I am still unsure when it will be processed. During every conversation, I have been told that it will be processed on priority which just doesn't seem to happen. My whole family has an impreia member account with bank for more than 10 years now & I am highly disappointed.

Hi Sakshi,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

I would suggest you to bring your experience as narrated in your complaint to notice of Nodal Officer of your bank seeking his intervention to get the matter sorted out. You must categorically state that if the issue is not resolved within a week you would exercise the option of exiting all relationship with the Bank. 

I am sure your emphatic assertions would bring positive results. If the bank still shows negative attitude and approach to customers like you, there is point in sticking to it. Credit cards are being made available to non customers also by many banks. If you are in need of credit card you can visit website of new generation private banks or SBI . They will oblige you on merits and promptitude.
