Need to wave off sbi deducing intercity charges?

Hi, This is Binu. My friend deposited amount 3000 in to my account . He deposited the amount from bank -Mavelikkara (alleppey district ) Kerala State. But bank deducted 25 Rs inter city charges. i request the bank to stop using this method of deducting the money because we open saving account to save money not to spoil like this.

Your complaint is not service related. With regard to recovery of charges, you will appreciate that every banking transaction has a cost. 

Banks levy charges for various services and these are made known to customers upfront. Customer has a choice to use or not to use a particular service.
