Dear sir bank ki taraf se jo expression debit card mujhe bank clerk ne bataya tha uski maine application di thi but jo bank ne mujhe atm card bheja tha usme koi image nahi bani thi jo maine us atm me print k liye di thi uske baad main 2nd time fir branch me gya to branch manager ne dobara request di aur aaj tak mere paas new atm nahi aya aur mujhe out of india kal he nikalna h main kya karun plz reply fast Branch matter is kashipur

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please do meet the Branch Manager once again and seek his assistance for issuance of image ATM card.  If he is not responding, do further take it up with management of the bank, whose email/contact details would be available on their website.  You may complain to the Nodal Officer, who is supposed to look into the grievances of customers.
