Hv applied loan since n provided all docs by 4.11.15 n till now hv nt receive d loan amt. Every time sales advisor quoted diff loan amt. Furst dey offer rs 1lak 10 thousand den stated eligible for a lakh n now stated eligible for only rs 94 thousand. Plz help and process loan amt wich was initially promised to me.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

The personal loan quantum is based on certain parameters and would be sanctioned accordingly.  However, the bank officials can not keep informing different amounts.  Please speak to the loan officer / bank manager to understand the approval process / determination of loan amount and seek a quick sanction accordingly.
