Rude staff behavior and worst bank maintenance?

Am leaving in Thirunageswaram, Near Kumbakonam, Tamilnadu. In my area Indian bank is there. Am their valuable customer for more than 6 yrs. Today i went to the ATM. It's not in working condition. the staff said wait for few min. After few min its says out of service. Me and few people argue with that staff. He cooly replied its the machine. Its work according to its situation. we replied if its today alone means we can leave.. Weekly nearly 2 days its closed. That staff named "srikanth shama" saying lethargicaly if u don't like it pls cancel the account. Have account in some other banks.. You indian banks why are you guys are so worst? Its the way to talk with customers?? Plz eliminate this staff srikanth sharma immediately from bank tirunageswaram 612204. Not only this.. This branch is really worst.. Its look like a fish market during weekend and Monday Tuesdays.. We have to wait nearly 1 hr for transactions.. Very slow workers and only 2 workers for this transaction purpose.. And NO token system tooo... And here few north indians guys also working without knowing our mother tongue tamil.. So village people's are suffering to converse with them. And pls install debit machine in ATM to reduce the crowd in bank.. So please do what all we said. This msg is not by single.. We nearly 50 persons are togetherly doing this.. If u don't take any actions we surely out of your indian bank and cancel our accounts and move to other banks.

This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

For such behavioral and technical issues of the bank staff and ATM respectively, you should be immediately taking it up with the branch manager.  If the branch manager too is not responsive, you should complain to the bank management.  The details of the Nodal / Grievance Redressal Officer of the Bank would be available on their website.
