I had made a payment of Rs 2361 on dated 20th Nov 2015 for my Airtel Mobile connection  through my bank credit card. when i checked my card statement money was deducted from account however not applied on my airtel connection. Request you to please investigate the matter and reverse my amount ASAP. Regards Balwant Singh

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please take up with your bank providing details of the transaction which you claim has not been accounted for by Airtel. Your bank would be in a position to ascertain and inform you the actual beneficiary of the credit so that you can pursue for its accounting or refund. In case you do not get help from your branch officials, you can escalate to Nodal Officer of your bank through email or letter. I am sure you will receive proper response. Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website.
