Hello sir... Myself Dr.Bhagwan dass... I make a credit card near about one year ago against my FD of 25000/ and i received that card... my card no is named Bhagwan dass.. but am not able to use... i call ur customer care no a lot of time and activated but not able to use... also deducted 969 from my account eve am not used.. plz help and reslove issue...

Dear Dr. Bhagwan Dass,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

The fact that you never used your credit card for almost a year indicates that you were not serious about having one . Your Bank has offered  the card against security of your fixed deposit. I am not sure if the bank has blocked your card as a matter of caution since you did not use for a long time. You need to check this with your bank. 

If you wish to use the card, first ensure the same is active. Please submit an application to your bank for activation of the card if its current status is inactive/blocked. In case your branch fails to respond, you can escalate the matter to Nodal Officer of the bank through email or letter. You can find contact details of Nodal Officer on the bank's website. 

The charges deducted obviously was part of the package and I am sure  this would have been told to you in advance. 

In case you do not get satisfactory response you may  escalate the matter to the Banking Ombudsman for resolution. While writing to the BO, please provide complete details and also enclose the communications exchanged with the bank.
