Internet Banking through IMPS- UN DONE?

I have transferred an amount of 50010 to my beneficiary account through internet banking through IMPS . The amount got deducted but I don’t see the funds being added to my other account. I've tried all possible ways to contacting customer care sending email. didn’t get any assistance!. Tried to lodge complaint online, the link doesn’t work. Its not the first time happening. Every time something happens. Please help me out.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

IMPS gives instantaneous credit to your other account, if the beneficiary details are correctly input, while doing the online transfer.  If the amount is still not credited to your other account or reversed to your originating account, do complain in writing to your home branch for quick initiation of corrective measures.  Please note that you should be taking up the issue with your bank branch forthwith.
