Amount deducted three times but not refunded?

Dear Concerned, I have tried doing recharge of my recharge mobile application respectively Since the recharge was not done one time I kept on trying and did three times from my different accounts. All the three times I got message as "FAILED"COULD NOT BE PROCESSED-AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 15 MINS But I have not received amount in my account till now

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

If the amount is still not reversed / refunded by the vendor, please get in touch with your home branch and complain in writing.  The branch officials would initiate measures to restore your money, if it was not claimed by the vendor.  Would like to suggest to check your bank account in future, whenever you come across a failed online transaction, prior to initiating a fresh online payment.
