Bank cheated to me I had talk about crefit card settlement last month to bank and he confirmed settlement amount 33000 and I agreed.but he did not give settlement later he deposited from me 1000rs this month he told me my settlement amount is37000 and this is cheat I request you please solve my problem

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

I understand your pain. But unless the terms of settlement claimed to have been accepted by your bank  had been conveyed to you in writing, you cannot charge that you have been cheated. If you have any evidence to prove that the bank's official indeed agreed for the settlement  and violated the terms of the same subsequently to your detriment, you can take up with the Nodal Officer of your bank for redressel. Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website. 

If your grievance is legitimate and the bank fails to address the same to your satisfaction within 30 days, you can escalate the matter to the Banking Ombudsman providing all supporting evidences in your favour for quick and effective redressel,
