Hi Selvin,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please lodge a complaint with your branch in the matter. I am sure it will be looked into and necessary clarification provided. On merits the bank may reverse the debit transaction also.

If you don't get a satisfactory response from the branch and if you are convinced about the bank's action being wrong, you can escalate the matter by mail or letter, to the Nodal Officer of the bank for resolution. I am sure your complaint will be resolved.

Regards
