Denial of premium paid certificate?

I was not served with premium paid certificate at arsikere branch where I have invested in spite of requisition in writing.The email address entered in my policy details is wrong.I have informed them about the same.policy no. 18928725

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards your complaint, I am unable to make out if the same is against your bank or insurance company. And in fact, I am unable to comprehend what exactly your grievances is.  I would suggest you to lodge a complaint with your bank or insurer as the case may be, to enable them look into the same and resolve.
