Sir meine 09/12/15 ko account se rs 251 ka topup kiya tha lekin txn fail hui aur mera amount cut ho gya aur vapis bi nhi aaya . meine meri home branch nigdu karnal mei bi application di lekin koi solution nhi aaya . kyonki mere pass jo msg aaya hei usme wo kheh rhe hei ki txn success full hei .lekin ye galat hei agar txn success hoti tou mere pass txn msg aata bank ki tarf se har bar ki trah .lekin nhi aaya.sir help me

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

It was an online transaction initiated by you. If your account was debited, there was no chance of the same not having been credited to the beneficiary account as per your mandate. Please verify and satisfy that the amount debited has not been credited back to your account. Upon this, you may lodge a complaint at the branch in the Complaint Register and insist on an acknowledgement being given to you. This would compel your bank to provide you suitable response.

I am sure you will get a response to your satisfaction.
