Online bank not working?

Online bank has not been accessible for me for the entire day. All other websites are accessible. It is very unprofessional of  bank to not correct an outage like this for so long. This tops the extremely unprofessional attitude of the tellers at the bank branch where I have my account. I would not recommend this bank to anybody anymore.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

1. Regarding your online accessibility problem, do mail to the management of the Bank for the purposes of feedback and correction / upgradation.  Bank needs to be told in clear terms that their website is not functional.

2. Regarding the unprofessional attitude of the tellers / front desk officers, the matter should be immediately brought to the notice of the Head / In-Charge of the bank for remedial measures without loss of time.  The bank officials be asked to check their CCTV recording regarding the same for a first hand information.
