Denial of premium paid certificate?

I was not served with premium paid certificate at arsikere branch where I have invested in spite of requisition in writing.The email address entered in my policy details is wrong.I have informed them about the same

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Every investment / payment to bank would be acknowledged by proper receipts by the banks, without being demanded.  The error of your email details in the policy are required to be corrected by the insurance company and not by the bank.  Please take it up for rectification with related insurance company.
