Hi Sir/Madam, I am from Bangalore and I was using Bank ATM on 5th Dec for debiting 1000 rs. That money got deducted from my account but I did not get that money. Bank is not responding well . They are saying that cash was dispensed from that machine Please do something needful.Regards Shiva Panchal

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Trust, you complained to your bank branch in writing regarding the non disbursement of the withdrawal transaction, you tried from ATM.  If no positive response is forthcoming from the branch or related bank officials, you may take it up with the senior management of the bank.  The details of Bank's grievance / nodal officer would be available on their website.
