Account opening?

Respected Sir, I am a college studentI have applied bank opening form in Bank in NGGO Colony branch(Coimbatore) on 05.12.15.Bank officials said that letter will be posted within 14 days to the local address where I am living, they also said I have to take that letter to open the account.But till today(28.12.15) there is no such a letter was came to my place and I also asked regarding this to the bank officials but they wont answered properly and shouted to get out from the bank.So please help me to get my back or to open the account i the bank. Thank You

It is very unusual for a bank to behave the way, you stated, which is pretty bad.  There are quite a number of banks in India and in NGGO Colony of Coimbatore.  Try to get the account opened in any other bank, which respects you.
