Balance deduction due to transaction failure?

Dear sir, I,  tried to book a flight on 30 nov night.But transaction was failed and money deducted, so i filed complaint twice with bank customer care and YATRA.COM also, customer care saying transaction was successful and YATRA.COM saying they did not received the payment. So sir i do not know where my money gone please help me.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please obtain your account statement from the Bank and take it up with Yatra.Com.  In an online transaction, at times even it is observed/shown to be failed, the payment would have gone to the beneficiary.  Make a written complaint to both the bank and Yatra.com, demanding for refund of the failed flight transaction.  In the absence of positive response from them, you may go ahead and complain to [a] Banking Ombudsman, if fault is on the part of the bank and to [b] Consumer Forum, if Yatra.Com is at fault.
