Tried to put a ticket through RED BUS, on28th December but transaction failed. Amount of Rs2297 deducted. Kindly help me to get refund.

Please take up the matter with your home branch in writing.  The Bank would check the details of the transactions, specifically regarding your claim regarding failure and revert to you for future course of action.
