Rude behavior of bank staff?

Sir;I am soji varghese kunnel.propritor of s.k traders two days back i presented a rtgs form with am.689200 to ahmednagar laltaky branch.but the staff is directly denying to recieve it saying i have to my branch.the same form i presented your shirur branch they accepted it.pls make me understand why bank staff is talking very rudely to the customers. Also they have partiality to recive cash from the coynter.knowing people first policy. Its not fair.pls take serious action about this Soji varghese kunnel

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

The staff behaviour, if it is not customer friendly, should immediately brought to the notice of the Head / In-Charge.  Complaining online would not bring any change.  Even after bringing the negative behaviour to the notice of the branch head, if no positive response / change is observed, may complain to the management of the bank, whose Nodal Officer's details would be available on their website.
