ATM card stuck in ATM machine?

My ATM card stuck in ATM machine due to failure of machine, Now I have to go 10km away bank branch to collect my debit card by spending my time and money. I will get my card within 7 working days until I have to suffer by money.. Very bad experience I have. Any better solution to get my debit card?

A quick measure is to get in touch with your home branch for immediate retrieval.  Alternately, you can also ask the bank to courier it to you.
