Unauthorised Debit from Savings Account?

Total Amount debited Rs.18750/- unauthorized debit from MY account during December Quarter ended .It is very disappointing that such a transaction without any intimation caused lot of hardship for my financial planning and personal finance.I have not got any reply nor refund of the amount.I also come to know that so many other customer's account with  bank has faced similar transaction during the period.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

There must have been some strong reason for such a debit, may be either a wrong credit or probable dues to be recovered.  Please seek clarification in writing from your home branch under acknowledgement.  If the response is not to your satisfaction, you may further write to Bank's management, whose Nodal Officer details would be available on their website.
