Sir, i was booking my railway ticket from online booking IRCTC on 28th sept 2015 through my bank debit card, in first attempt i booked my ticket, but only amount Rs 1707/- debited from my bank saving account i did not get any ticket, in second attempt the same amount debited but this time i got railway reservation, my complaint is for the first transaction, that amount still unpaid to me, means the amount Rs 1707/- still not credited in my bank saving account, 3 months have been passed, i have made contact to my bank Branch, Ujjain MP, but they only sent my complaint to their higher authority twice, they did not reply me satisfactorily, sir, please help me to refund my amount Rs.1707/- Thanks

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

As your branch is not able to provide a solution to get the refund, I suggest you to write to Nodal Officer of your bank. While writing please provide complete information. I am sure you will get a positive response.  Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website.
