Customer Care Service — Credit Card Application?

Hi, I applied for credit card as I hold a salary account I have tried applying multiple times but do not get any update. All the documents have been submitted with your bank for over 3 to 4 times but never received an update. I recently reapplied and the reference# is S110101412598. Can you please expedite the processing of the card and communicate the same to all customers. It is disappointed to get a bad customer service from a bank Would appreciate to hear back. At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Issuance of a credit card by bank is based on various parameters, including financial and otherwise and prerogative of the Bank.  You may have to check with your home branch for the reasons for denial of credit card to you.  However, please note that the bank has a right to reject a credit card, without assigning any reason.  Please speak to your relationship officer / branch manager to ascertain the reasons.
