Atm card not received and no response from debit card department?

My self pankaj, I have applied for regeneration of ATM card on 11-12-2015 but till date I have not received ATM card, my branch has mail three times but there is no response from debit card department. please help me in this

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Since your home branch is helpless, do complain the Nodal Officer of the bank, who would ensure redressal of your grievance.  The details of Nodal Officer would be available on the Bank's website.
