Team... One Month Back, I have given cheque n document to rahul + Anil i to get sukanya samridhi yojna policy for my daughter. But, till now policy is not issued by my daughter name. And, no representative is replying to my request. even i raise request to bank but no reply... Can u please help me.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please get in touch with the relative official or the home branch head.  If the Sukanya Samridhi Yozna account is still not opened for your daughter, the bank should be explaining you the reason/s for the same.  If their response is not to your satisfaction, you may complain to their management.  The details of the Bank's Nodal Officer for grievances would be available on their website.
