Lien even after I paid my settlements?

I had some outstanding balance on my credit card which they imposed as lien on my salary account. For past so many month I have been without cash even though I am the only earning member they kept sucking all my salary leaving me broke. Finally a deputy manager fro. Chennai Paris branch contacted me being so nice as if he understands all my problem like my brother (super fake) and told me u pay 42500 to settle where all my money is still with the  bank under lien I any how arranged cash and settled ( have written agreement and payment proof) and paid the guy nishtar Ahmed so called deputy manager of Paris brance in chennai told me he will take out the lien and even now that don't happen and that so called caring deputy manager of Paris branch is not picking up my phone since the work is done . I am going to wait for 3 more days and straight away go to consumer court and file the case as I have all proof
