12- 1-2016 Request to Refund My Money i have added on beneficiary in my mobile banking. i give IFSC Code number guduvanchary branch, account number malaiyur villiage (pudukottai district) branch . then i transferred money it send wrongly so i raise compliant bank customer care. but no ready to take complaint about mobile banking app. i don't know why they are not taking complaint. My money 3500 lose. there is any solution for that .. where i give complaint about bank mobile application My

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

You need to approach your home branch for remedy.  I assume that you must have input some wrong details for the transfer through mobile.  Do handover a written request / complaint to your bank branch regarding the wrong transfer.  Let the bank check the online transaction details and revert to you with facts.
