Bank staffs are not giving any responsibility for asking any question. They treat the people very badly. They are not proper working in banking hours.

Dear Dharma

Such behavioral issues of staff should be brought to the notice of the branch head immediately.  And it should be very specific and not general in nature.  Please speak to your home branch manager regarding the same.
