I am Manikandan. I having a account in your bank Dadagapatti, Salem, have lost my sim and mobile number. The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. Now, I request to you change my mob number

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

A request for change of mobile number is needed in writing by the bank to ensure genuineness.  Please walk into any nearby branch of your bank and handover a written request seeking change of mobile number, duly quoting the reason.  If you are approaching a branch other than your home branch, you are required to identify yourself.  Hence, do carry some ID/Address proof.
