Not opening Internet banking?

I am from lalitpur district and I have my account in main branch of your bank I has been filed the application for starting internet banking and I want to get change my number when I visit to bank the clerk said internet banking will start within 10 days and when I go after 10 day the clerk said it will registered After A month On the other way other banks like big bank start internet banking on the spot I am facing number of problems without internet banking

Please get in touch with your relationship officer / home branch manager.  Internet banking facility is generally provided by all the banks, wherein the login ID and password would be sent by them separately and do not form part of the initial welcome kit / insta kit.  You are required to make a written request, unless it is provided for in the application form itself.
