Illegal means of asking for payment by agent of phoenix trust?

I am mohit mitra, 
Phoenix which is a subsiary of  your bank is resorting to illegal means and hooliganism while asking for payment which we are wiling to pay but just to irritate and for fun or what is there matterinpite of mailing to bank earlier there has been no reponse and sems things have goneup following is the mail that i just wrote to phoenixarc.Co.In may just again fall on deaf earsthats why i m writing into your site too, hope things get sorted not just for us and for others too who might be on receiving end of these stupd callers

Hello Mohit,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

I presume that the calls you were getting from the bank's agency could be related to EMI default. While it is incumbent on you to make timely payment of dues to avoid such ugly situations, the agency of the bank is certainly expected to approach customers in dignified manner. They are not licensed to misbehave or being rude or call customers at odd hours. For any act of improper or inappropriate behaviour of the agent, the bank as the Principal could be held accountable. 

You have stated that you brought the undignified approach of the agency to notice of the bank but to no avail. Under this circumstance if 30 days have passed since you registered your complaint with your bank, it would be in order for you to  lodge a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman. While writing to the BO provide supporting documents ( enclosing copies of your correspondence with the bank).
