This is in regards to Online Fund transfer from my Savings A/C No. XXXXXX4782 mistakenly transferred into other bank  A/C. No. XXXXXX5045.
Request you to please revers the transaction to My Savings A/C No. XXXXXX4782.

Hi Dhanajaya,

Please note that this site is managed by a group of Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to raise any complain/query in respect of financial services and to advise them suitably for resolution. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator and we can not take up your case directly with your Bank.

Your issue is an old case. It is doubtful whether in the account of the wrong beneficiary still the amount is lying. The Bank of the wrong beneficiary can not debit the customer's account. To debit and return the amount to your Bank, the Bank of the wrong beneficiary requires the written permission from its customer, who has received the amount.

Write an application furnishing all the details. Submit the application in duplicate to your Bank branch requesting it to send your application to the Bank which has received the amount, who in turn will contact its customer to resolve your case.
