Non receipt of Rs 10000/- from ATM though it is debited from my account.?

I used  your Bank ATM at sector 12, Noida around 1:00 pm on 23.01.2016 to withdraw an amount of Rs 10000/-. The ATM No is CPAW 36103 METRO(written over the machine) . I entered all the inputs in the machine, but just when the machine is about to deliver the amount the power went off I could not receive a single currency note. I called my husband and he tried to lodge complaint at the given but this complaint no. was of no use. The guard was not there at that time and he arrived latter. We inquired form him about the incident and informed him that message is received form the bank that Rs 10000/- is debited form my account in this filed process but he informed us this is not a new thing and I will be soon receiving message that the amount debited is be credited in my account but so far nothing happened.

Dear Dheeraj,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

I don't see any reason for the bank not refunding the amount to your account. The delay could be due to internal processes. In case the amount has not been credited till date, without losing further time you must escalate the matter to Nodal Officer of the bank. Contact details of the Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website. 

If the matter is not resolved by the Nodal Officer within 15 days you must escalate it to the Banking Ombudsman for resolution.
