Updating new mobile number?

I wish to change my previous mobile number to a new one Branch is Powai. My previous number I have tried to change my number via an atm machine yet even though all steps were followed I received no notification of sorts. I cannot access Internet banking because of this issue. Please help.

Dear Joshi

It is unfortunate that the facilities provided by Bank branch is not working to your satisfaction. You will have to approach nearest branch and give in writing the request you sought for change of mobile number.
