I am Alok kumar from Muzaffarpur in bihar . I want to unbloked to as soon as possible and activated pl z to my card.my a/c no -XXXXXXXXX9062

You have not indicated the background for blocking of your ATM card. Was at your instance or  blocked by the bank for any specific reason. Whatever be the reason, for sorting out the issue you must approach your home branch.  If the issue does not get resolved you can take up with Nodal Officer of the bank whose contact details can be found on the bank's website.
