My name is sahitya chand thakur I have an account with your bank banbassa champawat branch. I lost my debit card nd applied for the new one before diwali 2015 and it has been more than 3 months i have not received it and the bank is not receving my calls. Is this way to treat your customera

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Since the matter has been remaining unresolved for long, you must take up the same with the Nodal Officer of the bank without losing further time. You can write to Nodal Officer through by email or letter. Don't fail to express your disappointment on the callous attitude of the bank officials.Contact details of the Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website.

I am sure your grievance will looked into and resolved without need for further escalation.
