Br mgr rude behavior?

I dr mahesh bhandekar chandrapur, i shift my housing account in other bank due to br .mgr rude bahavior, i suggest, i leave u r bank but guide u r mgr, how to behave with ur customer.other wise no any reason to shift my regular account, 
his feeling is that, , we r boss of bank . pl take care from such type officer.

You may write to the Bank's Nodal Officer regarding your observation about the behaviour of the branch manager.  The name, contact number/s, mail ID etc of the Nodal Officer would be available on the website of the bank.
