I am Mr. Manoj Chaubey from Mumbai wanted to make a complaint about your bank/ VISA/ Master please note my cases or guide me on that.

First from last 3 months whenever i am making an payment of my credit cards other bank
The payment show done
After a week its gets rejected
While asking about the reason bank is saying there is problem with VISA/ Master not with them
But since payment gets rejected after a week i am getting late payment & service taxes on my credit cards without my fault.
When contacted with credit card they are saying only there are problem with your bank not with other & both parties are not ready to clear the reason.

Please solve the problem or registered a complaint

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

The online payments for VISA / Master cards are very secure and get effected instantaneously, if made with correct details.  They would never get rejected, that too after a week or so.  It is extremely unlikely.  Whenever you make online payment towards your credit card dues, the details like, payee's full and correct name, payee's account number (here it would be your 16 digit credit card number), name of the card issuing bank, payment type (say credit card), IFS Code, name of the bank's branch etc should be correctly given.  Let me assure you that both the banks would respond to you with payment confirmation.  Please check correctness of details of your online payments.
