Dear Sir, 
I have recently received a message.
Msg. from Bank that Rs. 17, 899.76 (EUR 241.80)as spent on your Credit Card XX2129 on 29-Jan-16 at RENFE 001. Avbl Lmt: Rs. 108366.58.
I have not done this transaction.
Please arrange to resolve this matter asap.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please get in touch with your branch officials / manager and complain to them in writing regarding the transaction, which is not done by you.  The bank would investigate the debit transactions and would revert to you.
