I received a start up kit for a Salary account in November. I have lost the atm pin and Internet banking pin(neither of which are retrievable over the internet- Surprisingly!!)
The customer care number never answers the call..I think I have called them as many as 10 times and hold the phone for 10-15 minutes and then suddenly the call gets disconnected on it's own. (amazingly they know it will--hence a message comes every few seconds "if the phone gets disconnected due to technical issues at the Sp's end do call us again")
I went to 6th Block Koramngala branch and placed a request for an otp on Thursday 01-02-2016 and was assure i will receive it in 3 days. I haven't.
I would want to know how do I do my day to day transactions if the bank's customer relations are so pathetic.I am dejected by the attitude/services provided by the bank and feel frustrated to be stuck with them!

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

You opened an account only in November and already forgot the ATM PIN and net banking login ID and password!!  Please note that ATM PIN and net banking passwords can not be retrieved from internet.  If that was possible, then where is the security for your personal / confidential credentials?  You gave a written request to the branch only on 1/2/2016 and complaining on the very second day of not receiving the same.  Give the bank at least 3 days, which they told you.  The bank would certainly take care of your request.
