Unauthorized credit card charges - without issuing credit card.?

I didn't received any credit card from  Bank. But for long year they have mentioned me as in the list of non payment person. Last week i applied and got a report from CIBIL. As per the report, the Bank mentioned a a/c no. XXXXXXXXXXXX3000 for credit card on my name.
But sir, Till now i didn't receive any credit card from any Bank. other bank also didnt give any card to me. I thing someone cheating the Bank. I surely say to you that im a prompt person. I took a lot of personal loans and two wheeler loans. But All the loans and Depts are paid by correct date. 
so the bank report is wrong. please inform this problem to the company, and ask them to rectify this.

At the outset please note that this site is managed by a group of Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to raise any complain/query in respect of financial services and to advise them suitably for resolution. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator and we can not take up your case directly with your Bank.

If you are sure about having never applied for and not received any Credit card, probably it is a fraudulent case.Please follow the below steps :-

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online furnishing the details.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman within your jurisdiction (either through letter or email), whose website is https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/
