credit card not get?

I have applied for new Credit Card vide application no. XXXXXXXXXX3072. But till the date I am not getting credit card. I received msg for blocked card & Total amt due of Rs 571.36 or Min Amt of Rs 272.36 is payable by 13/02/2016 - Card. Click here https://Bitly.com/Payeasy to pay your Card Bill in simple steps.

Please take it up with your relationship officer / home branch manager.  You may also email the grievance to the Nodal Officer of the Bank for a quick resolution, whose details would be available on their website.
