Worst customer care service?

There is very serious problem in Bank customer care service. Within three months I have tried to call them but non of the attempts were successful. each time call dropped due after entering my customer id and telephone id. in these process I have spent more than 10 hours cumulatively and nearly 300 rupees during calling. sir I want compensation of my valuable time and money which is lost during contacting customer care.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

After couple of attempts with customer care services, the best course would have been to get in touch with your bank officials / manager.  There was no point in spending 10 hours and money in trying to get the requisite information / issue resolved only through the Customer Care Service of the bank.  Please do not waste your time like that.  If it was very urgent, you should have walked into the branch and to the manager.  Do ensure that in future.  Bank would not compensate your for the time lost by you.  Nevertheless, you should be bringing their lethargy and apathy to the notice of the seniors of the bank and mail to Nodal Officer with an advise for course correction.
