Imps transfer failed but money debited and not credited to another account?

Sir I try to send 31520 to my AC through IMPS using your mobile banking app. Money deducted from your bank  AC but not credited in my AC. Status showing pending. I have sent 3-4 times this query to MB.support@bank.co.in but mail not going. I call to customer care many times but they are not helping me regarding this matter. I dont know what to do.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

I trust that by now the amount has either been credited to the intended beneficiary account of refunded to your account. If not, please write to Nodal Officer of the bank providing complete details of the transactions for resolution. Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website.
