Atm cash withdraw but total cash not received?

Hi
My name is P.Swathi my Account No:XXXXXXXXXX3996 i withdraw my account Amount 20, 000/- but cash Received Amount:16, 500/- Remaining Amount not Received Amount:3, 500/-
So Complaint Booking but not Respond to bank Staff  So Please Sole My Problems

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Claim of short dispensation of cash by ATM is  a bit difficult to accept. Since the bank has not given you a satisfactory response, as a first step I suggest you to take up with Nodal Officer of your bank. Please narrate the sequences in detail for the Nodal Officer to understand the issue and provide a solution. In case you are not satisfied with the solution, you may choose to escalate to Banking Ombudsman.

Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on your bank's website. For address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/.
